It can integrate professional equipment, network communication equipment, system power supplies, AC/DC power distribution, monitoring systems, temperature control equipment, battery systems, and lightning protection grounding, providing an integrated cabinet that offers an outdoor working environment and safety management for base stations.
Application scenarios
Primarily used in various outdoor environments such as rooftops, street sides, mountainous areas, railway lines, and high/low-temperature environments.
Product Features
- Constructed using 50mm-thick rock wool sandwich panels, offering lightweight yet high-strength performance, corrosion resistance, strong insulation properties, and low thermal conductivity;
- Single-compartment cabinet structure, divided into equipment power zones, battery zones, and air conditioning zones, with front-opening doors;
- Outdoor cabinets feature an anti-theft design with a three-point locking system; screws are installed inside the cabinet body and are not visible from the outside, preventing self-disassembly;
- Surface treatment (optional): degreasing, acid washing, rust-proof phosphating, electrostatic powder coating; outdoor cabinets are coated with imported outdoor powder and baked, with the coating meeting the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008;
- The cabinet frame and door use an embedded structure to prevent forced entry, offering high anti-theft performance;
- The cabinet supports 19-inch (IEC 297) standard racks and accommodates various devices requiring installation space compliant with 21-inch (IEC 297) dimensions;
- Modular design with a simple structure and easy installation; the cabinet primarily consists of 19-inch upright components, side panels forming a single unit, a top panel, a bottom panel, a base, and a door frame;
- Door-mounted card-style rubber seals ensure waterproofing when the door is closed, as the seals press against the door frame. The seals are continuous without breaks, providing excellent waterproofing performance.
