The outdoor fan cabinet is a small outdoor integrated cabinet made of high-quality metal sheet material. It can integrate professional equipment, network communication equipment, AC/DC power distribution, monitoring systems, temperature control equipment, lightning protection, and grounding, and provide an integrated cabinet for the outdoor working environment and safety management of base stations.
Application scenarios
Primarily used in various outdoor environments such as walls, utility poles, and high/low-temperature conditions, providing outdoor operational environments and safety management for base stations.
Product Features
- The cabinet frame adopts a welded structure, ensuring high structural strength;
- Insulation material: EPS foam boards are used, featuring low thermal conductivity and high strength;
- The outdoor cabinet employs a bottom cable entry design, accommodating power supply, fiber optic cables, and other cable connections;
- The cabinet interior is equipped with: columns, shelves, L-shaped brackets, lighting fixtures, door magnetic sensors, and installation accessories;
- Outdoor cabinets feature an anti-theft design with three-point locking mechanisms; screws are installed inside the cabinet body and are not visible from the exterior, preventing self-disassembly;
- Surface treatment: degreasing, acid washing, rust-proof phosphating, electrostatic powder coating, with the coating meeting the requirements of GB/T 3181-2008;
- Locks should meet the Grade B requirements for anti-tampering performance specified in GA/T 73-1994. The lightning protection design for outdoor integrated equipment cabinets should comply with YD 5098-2005 ‘Design Specifications for Lightning Protection and Grounding Engineering of Telecommunication Bureaus (Stations)’;
- The cabinet supports 19-inch (IEC 297) standard racks and accommodates various devices with installation space requirements compliant with 19-inch (IEC 297) dimensions;
- The cabinet can be selected with natural ventilation or fan-type ventilation based on equipment power consumption;
- The cabinet can be equipped with electrical devices according to equipment requirements: circuit breakers, lightning arresters, sockets, switching power supplies, monitoring units, etc.;
- Cabinet exterior color and logo can be customized: color options include RAL7035 grey-white or other colors; logo can be customized;
